Maintenance has failed: 4313, 4313: Unable to read from or write to the database. -2147467259:

Most of my jobs failed. As I check my alerts tab under active alert I see error below.

Maintenance has failed: 4313, 4313: Unable to read from or write to the database. -2147467259: Unable to find index entry in index ID 9, of table 546100986, in database ‘BEDB’. The indicated index is corrupt or there is a problem with the current update plan. Run DBCC CHECKDB or DBCC CHECKTABLE. If the problem persists, contact product support.

However, the job log status show successful, seems like it is contrast to the error above.
Can someone help me how to correct this error.

Check out the link below. This will help you create a new SQL Database in Backup Exec for Windows Servers for testing purposes or when the original database is corrupt and cannot be repaired.

After doing the link given. monitor your alerts tab to check if current alerts still occur.

This will perform repair of your database, and should fix the problem.
