Manual BackUp Job not working in Windows 7

Hi Guys,

Product - Symantec BE 2010 DLO
 

I've installed DLO Agent in one of the Windows 7 machine. When I run the option "Run BackUp Now" from the DLO Server Console there are no effective changes on the client DLO Agent console. In short nothing happens on the client DLO Agent console.
 

But if I try the same on a Windows XP (with SP3) machine it's working fine.
 

Any inputs from your end will be appreciated.

Hi Dishant,

It is supported, so that is not the issue.
Have you checked to make sure that there is communication between the DLO agent and your media server? Have you considered reinstalling it?

There is proper communication  between the DLO agent and Media server. I'll check whether this happens on another Windows 7 machine or not. I think it will give a clear picture.
