Have been given upgrade licensing for my upgrade to 12 from 11d, but no link to download the media. Rather than talk to my brain dead account rep (who may take a week or more to get back to me) can someone tell me where to go on Symantec's site to get it? I've logged into my licensing account, and it reflects the new licensing, but when I go to downloads it only gives me 11d....
