Hi together,
I have the problem that some of the tapes that I include in the magazine (Dell Autoloader) are appearing two times in Symantic Backup exec ones as question mark in the front and the second time as tapes (black or blue). This happens only whit tapes (media) that I have to exchange every week. The one marked as question mark seams to be empty(3 MB from 373 BG are used). And the other projection of the tape is whit data backed up on it( 131 GB of 373 GB).
Can I just delete these tapes (the question marked medias) or what is the best way to handle this problem? I do not wound to lose any data.
How to prevent to not happening in the future?
