I am using Backup Exec 2010 R2.I am getting this error .
Media mount failed.
User canceled a Physical Volume Library operation.
V-79-57344-33861 - The media operation was terminated by the user.
The tapes are fine and sometimes it works sometimes it goes to queued .Kindly please assist me to sort this out .The media tapes are fine i run inventory it is showing me 100 % successful and as i said it works sometimes sometimes backup goes to queued .Kindly assist me .
