Media xxxx is overwrite protected/Please remove the media from the drive/Please insert overwritable media into the drive.

I have followed the instructions in document id 204061 and still this 'insert overwritable media' condition persists.

What can be done to rectify?

Does this occur at the beginning of a job, or partway through?

If at the beginning, try changing the OPP of the affected media set(s)\

If after the job has been running awhile, this means that a the tape has filled up.  All you can do is change the amount of data in the job, or just go ahead and insert a second (scratch) tape when you come in in the morning
