Hi zusammen,
Franz

Hi,
BE doesn't monitor the amount of space left, so there is no way that you can set a limit at which the media server would mail you.
You might want to look at some of the alerts that are available. Something like Media Warning...but you might be better off creating some sort of alert from the OS itself.
Thanks!

Such a feature does not exist in Backup Exec.
There are several alerts that you can assign to send a notification (go to Tools - Assign receipients to alert categories), but an x% full alert is not implemented.
You can suggest the feature to Symantec by posting in the Ideas forums:

The closest to what you are asking for is the Low Disk Space Threshold property for B2D folders. When this threshold is reached during a job, BE will prompt you to free up space on the disk so that the job can continue.
