Microsoft Information Store not listed

I have Backup Exec 11d on the backup Server and Exchange 2007 on another server in the same domain.

The backup agent ist installed on the exchange server.

When I create a job for this server there is no "Micorosoft Information Store" object listed at this server.

Never saw this problem before. Licenses installed: Backup Exec, Remote Agents for Windows, Agent for MS Exchange Server.

Anyone knows about this problem?

are you using 11d 6235 build.

Exchange 2007 is supported with 11d 7170 and onwards.

Or remove all licenses and add them back.

Use Domain Administrator account for Backup Exec services.

I did a reboot, uninstall, reboot, install.

Now it is availible and the backup jobs are running fine.
