Migrate 12.5 Catalogs to 2010 R3 (different hardware)

Hello,

I could use a good step by step guide to help migrate catalog data from an old 12.5 Back Exec server to a new 2010 Backup Exec server.

This will not be an in place upgrade and we will not be moving catalog data between the same versions of Backup Exec.

If there is an article on this, please let me know.  Otherwise, a good step by step would be great.

Simply replace the existing catalogs folder of BE2010 with the catalogs folder from BE12.5.

Before replacing the folder stop BE services, once the folder is in place start the services.

                                                 OR

Copy the .fx and .xml file from BE12,5 catalogs folder to BE2010 catalogs folder.
