Hi,
We have several Backup Exec servers (Windows) across our patch. Is there some way to monitor them on-bulk?
The type of information required is if the recent daily/weekly backup completed successfully or not.
Thanks

There are a couple options, depending upon your exact needs and budget.
The official way is to use the CAS-MMS option to tie your BE servers together into one environment. But that may be overkill for your needs.
You can get reports emailed from each BE server. Then you don't typically have to connect to the server daily, you just check your emails.

Hi, what about monitoring tools like Nagios or Zabbix? There a templates to monitor Backup Exec (servers, jobs,...).

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try to look into that at some stage.
