Dear Sir,
We have backup exec 2012 running on Win 2008 R2 (virtual machine) vmware and taking backup for our three corporate servers also virtual machines. Now I need to move it to a physical hardware, this physical server will also be running Win 2008 R2 64 bit. So, in my case BE version as well as the Win version will remain same.
I need to know once I install BE 2012 on new hardware, how the agents of windows which are now installed on three virtual machines will be able to talk to the new BE server ? So, once done I can un-install BE from the present server (which is a virtual machine)
OR I need to remove agents from all machines first ? and then push again using new BE server ?
