Moving 10.x install to new server

I'm moving my installation to a new server (old server is at end of lease). I know there is a set of directions online for moving the database and critical files to a new server, but I cannot find them. Can anybody point me in the correct direction? Thanks in advance...

The only addition I would make is

After completing the TechNote, run the latest version of TAPEINST, let it delete any devices it does not find and add in any new ones

Then edit your jobs to reflect the names of the new tape devices.
