My Backup Exec SQl Database is broken Backup Exec 11d and won't start

First off my backup exec won't log in any longer I get this when trying to start the backup exec Services

"The Backup Exec Server System Service is not responding The service is either not running or not installed"

In Event viewer I have Event ID 17120 SQL Server Could not Spawn FRuncm thread check the sql server error log and the windows event logs for information about possible related problems.

Event id 17826 Could not start the Network Library because of an internal error in the netwpork library. To determine the cause review the errors immediately preceding this one in the error log.

Also Event id 17182 TDSSN1 Client initialization failed with error 0x2,

status code 0x1

After further looking it looks like backup exec uses tcp dynamic ports 41626.

Which doesn't seem to conflict with other sql databases on the server.

Really Screwed. tried to reinstall and got this.

If you Choose to Continue with the Symantec Backup 11d for Windows Servers Removal, you will need to manually detach the bedb database from SQL Server Emp-GC-SVR1\BKUPExec

Chose no to abort.

is there anyone who has step by step instructions on how to uninstall this and manually detach the database without breaking anything else?

Need to know whether I can view a text file,log file, even when backup exec is broken

to see when the last time my Server backed up was.
