My Backup is failing cannot extract mailbox messages from Exchange Backup

Weird thing is a test backup of data only will succeed. but only in a test. I am also having issues witdata backup see below

Hello,

What version of Exchange are you using in your environment?

Are you backing up to Disk or to Tape for the Exchange job?

Do you have standalone tape drive or a library?

You should not mix your file backups with your Exchange backup in the same job.  You should have 2 backup jobs.  One with AOF on for your file backups, including system state and the other with AOF off for your Exchange backup.
