Netezza backup with backup exec 2013/14 ?

good evening, I'm trying to integrate Netezza with backup exec I'm not familiar with backup exec so I need some hints :

I gues I must install backup exec agent for Linux on my Netezza box ? (Netezza is running RHEL 6.x)

As I don't have any local storage on my NZ box for a Database Backup can I run something like

>nzbackup <options>|<backup exec agent> ? to avoid to land my full backup file on the netezza box or on nfs drive ?

Any link for examples how to backup linux files using backup exec would be more than welcome

Hi,

That's a data warehouse box...not sure BE is the right choice for this in the first place.

You need to first check the BE 2014 SCL to make sure that the version of RHEL is supported. See below:
