New Media Types..?

Backup Exec is reporting that my AIT4 media has

Available Capacity: 192 TB
Total Capacity: 192 TB
Compression Ratio: 0.001:1

When I attempt to change the media type AIT1, AIT2, and AIT3 are all listed; however, AIT4 is not.

Is there an update that I can install that will help Backup Exec 10 recognize my tapes properly?

Veritas Update points to a Symantec page (http://softwareupdate.veritas.com) that 404's when I try to run it. I'm guessing this is merger pains?

Hello,

I request you to elaborate more on the problem. What exactly Backup Exec reports the AIT4 media ? Since when this problem has started ?
Also, please clarify on the following sentence :

"When I attempt to change the media type AIT1, AIT2, and AIT3 are all listed; however, AIT4 is not."

Regards
