Hi,
I am installing Backup Exec 2014 and I am stopped in the step when agents are installed. Agents are already installed in both nodes from a cluster. I dont know what is next step .
I want to backup a MSQL database ( from SAP ecc 6.0) which is on a Windows Server 2008 cluster
- Installation Backup Exec server Ready
- Installation Agents Ready

If the application uses more than one SQL databases, then you should not backup the individual databases. See my blog below

You should use the backup utility provided by SAP to backup the databases and then backup the resultant flat files with BE.

Thanks a lot for your help ( pkh, CraigV). After agent installation in both nodes, automatically BE enables the cluster services as virtual servers and I could backup an instance of MSSQL where is my SAP database
