We've bought Veritas BackupExec for Windows Servers less than a year ago. We never had any help regarding installing and implementing the product. We've tried to contact the reseller and we have no response at all. After that we've tried to contact the distributor. They said they need our license and probably the license is not valid (we've paid a lot for this product and yet we probably got an invalid license??? How come? The reseller said they got the product from that distributor!!!). After we sent the license, the distributor never tell us whether our license is valid or give us any help installing and implementing the product. Frankly we really disappointed with this product. We've planned to buy more Veritas product before, but we decided to cancel that plan. Totally not satisfied with the after sales service (in the bill, they said we would have support from Singapore, we've paid for that support and still no support?). Is this how Veritas give support to their customer?
