No media servers are available

We applied Microsoft hotfixes 896358 and 895422 last week. I believe 896358 may be the culprit of the status message above. This didn't start until the weekend reboot of the server. Has anyone else seen this, and do you know the fix?

Hello Steve,

It is difficult to comment on the error that you have mentioned in this post.
The error may have occured because of other possible causes as well.
On what Operating System you have installed Backup Exec v10.0 ?
Please check the event logs also.
