Agent is manually installed on target system (Windows server 2012).

Server is manually added and appears on server list, credentials are tested OK, but when I try to setup a backup to tape job, no selection list is shown.

The server I want to backup is on a different subnet, but there is no firewall between it and the backup server.

Also, I had no problem with any other server

Hello Merentitis,

    Ensure that there is communication between the two servers and that they can be pinged with IP address as well as hostname.

Also telnet to the remote server on port 10000 and see if the desired result is returned.

Try to right click on the server in the Backup & Restore tab and click Establish Trust.

Hello, 

Ping/Telnet 10000 with FQDN works fine. 

Establishing trust fails with the follwing Certificate error:

UPDATE: I reinstalled certificates, reinstalled (pushed) Remote Agent. Now I get no error when trying to Establish Trust, but the selection list is still empty.
