No veo los Grupos de Soporte creados

Buenos días.

Tengo un Servidor Windows 2008 con Symantec BAckup Exec y en la ficha Almacenamiento sólo veo los dispositivos de almacenamiento. No puedo ver grupos de soporte, soportes, etc.

This is by design. For disk storage, you will see the storage and the backup sets in the storage, but you would not see the .bkf files. If you do not use tapes, then you would not see any media sets. Disk storage is managed by DLM and media sets do not apply to them.

En dicho servidor se utiliza unidad de cinta. La unidad de disco se creo como prueba.

Then you should see media sets. Post a screenshot of your Storage tab

Did you use the Storage Wizard to create any media sets?

Switch to "Tree" view from "List" view and check if you are able to view the media sets or not.

If not, would recommend to log a formal support case (I believe there is an issue which we are working upon whereupon  media sets are visible when you create a backup job, though not in the Storage tab)
