Not Sticking To Schedule

I have a number of jobs setup to run on schedules. Ocassionally I have to go in and run them now...which pops up a message box stating that if I run this now, it will still run on schedule.

Once the job finishes, I notice it no longer shows up in my Job Monitor tab to run when it is suppose to run.

I look at the job itself, and noticed it is no longer set on a schedule....This should have stayed on schedule...anyone else having this same issue?

This is the first I have heard of this issue. Is the reproducable all the time?

Have you install Hotfix 10 yet? This resolved some scheduler issues. You can download it here:

Thanks for the isight to the latest hotfix...loading it now. I'll post back the outcome.

Is this for me has been reproducable. Everytime I go to a job that was set on schedule and perform a Run Now task, it completely cuts out the schedule, and change the job entirely to Run Now.

Well after much digging, even in this forum, going through the useless email support, the complete lack of phone support because I am demoing the software I found this. I hope this can help others.Symantec sure does not give a hoot.
