Not have enough disk space to stage the restore job

I get this error below when i trey to restore from VHDX.

Backup exec: 2014 SP2

OS: Windows 2012 R2 64 bid Std

Backup device: VTL

Final error: 0xe0001215 - The staging location on the Backup Exec server does not have enough disk space to stage the restore job. Click Configuration and Settings, click Backup Exec Settings, and then click Granular Restore Technology to change the staging location, and then run the job again.

Please assist.

Duplicate the backup set to a disk with sufficient space to hold the entire VHDX and then restore from the disk backup set

Staging locations are needed for GRT restore where the orginal backup was on tape (hence pkh suggestion above)

Anothe option is to set teh staging location to a big enough (NTFS) disk
