Dear All,
Please help to resolve this issue i am not able to recive mails from my BE-12d Server. it was working till the last week but now i am not reciving any kind of alerts or informations from my Server.
How i can check it and resolve..

Hi Same has been done..
I check there another server which have same settings..
I tried Telnet to mail server on SMTP port by IP n Name..
Change mail ID and SMTP authentication then i tried again to send mail it works..
so i change again it as previus it was..
restart all services and then test again.. with one backup.. It start works with it also..
Thanks to all of you for supporting me and your ideas solution who helped me to isolate issue..

What has changed? Check if antivrus is not blocking email notification.

Hi Jack,
Go onto your media server and check if you can send a successful test email.
If not, try telnetting to port 25 on that media server...

Have you tried to telnet exchange server from BE media server on port 25, if this is done successfully.
As Matos said try sending test mail from configuration option also check if you have installed any anti mail spamming option in anti virus.
If test mail is sent successfully check you mail Que or trace the mail from sender ID.

Ya.. i realy sorry to delay reply..
YEsterday i check with sending Test Mail from Tools->Recipient->User->Property-> TestMail->
"***A test notification has been queued for delivery to the selected recipient.***"
Now what i can do for it..

Hi JoaoMatos,
I checked they are using SEP as anti-virus there is no logs who can show any this with port 25 or smtp..
NTP Log file is empty.
