Notifications unchecked on all 20 servers over the weekend. Erased.

I manage 20 servers running bews 10.x and 9.1 W2k and W2k3. I have it set to email me job results everyday. This past weekend I did not get any emails from my Friday backup results from any of my 20 servers around the country. I logged into them on Monday to find that the notifications had been unchecked on all my jobs on all my servers (Recipients names were still there). What can cause this!
I re-checked notifications to be sent last night and BE successfully sent the notification emails today.

States that this applies to 9.x versions...not 10.x. Can Veritas/Symantec please confirm that this issues carries over into 10.d, please? I have seen it on 10, 10.d, 9.1 servers, so I know it happening to all of them. Just curious as to why it was not fixed.

We apologise for the inconvenince caused by this, but this is a known issue even in 10.0 , and the solution is simply to reselect all the settings
