Can someone please help me resolve the issue?

 

I get this error everytime the "DUPLICATE differential backup to tape" is about to run.

 

Thanks in advance

 

Note: I already disabled "Use storage media-based catalogs" however the issue still exist.

That issue appears in Hotfix 13/SP1 for 2010 R3 and should be resolved by the DDI update (next Hotfix) on top of SP1.

So Please confirm that you have applied all the latest updates.

Colin, i just applied the new patch right now. And I'll get back to you next week about the result
