OFO: Snapshot error (0x1): Incorrect function. - not through firewall

I have one server which this is happening to. Was working fine last Thursday but now I get this message:

Backup - ACCESSOFO: Initialization failure on: "\\ACCESS\Shadow?Copy?Components". Advanced Open File Option used: Yes.
OFO: Snapshot error (0x1): Incorrect function.

I have already tried this fix, but still get the same error message

Please perform a backup of the Shadow Copy Components and then perform the following test to check if there are any errors on the writers:
