OSX 10.10 backup agent and quicker response times

I wish Symantec would keep up to date with the osx backup agents. I do under stand they release OS updates often however when I purchased a Mac system from apple which can only comes with osx version 10.10 with no choice of getting osx 10.9. so it does not get supported. When contacting sales they stated they support the latest version os mac osx which after purchasing the software we found out isn't true. The best part is I had to wait for 4 plus hours to get this answer.

...always check the latest version of BE's Software Compatibility List and this will tell you what is/isn't supported.

Symantec will also never publish a roadmap of support so you're unlikely to be told when your version of MacOS will indeed be added.

Go to the IDeas section and add this in as an idea and see what happens.
