One drive won't backup, gives error, can't find any official info

Hello. Just got a new client and they're having issues backing up their data drive. I've never worked with Veritas software before, so am a bit new to it. I checked the general failure logs that show up within Backup Exec and the errors that keep coming up on the data drive are:
code - ffffa340 HEX
desc - 0xa000a340

I can't find info on these errors anywhere online. Neither the Veritas support page or on google. Anyone seen these errors before? Thanks
