I retrieved my upgrade to 12.0 along with the license key.  Does this upgrade require new license keys for all my options (SQL, Exchange, Laptop, Library Expansion, etc.)?  The only key I was eligible for was the main program even though I an up-to-date on my renewals.

I believe you'll need a separate key for each option and agent.

Yes, you will need individual keys for your agents and options.
