hi all
i have some problem with backup exec 2010 , i install the backup exec 2010 in 2 Oracle Cluster server in the selection list under Oracle Real Application Clusters i can see only the 2 RAC and i can not see the virtual node name . when i went to start backup for the oracle the error message show :
0xe0001402-this server name is not in the list of authentication credentials on the media server.
i add the 2 Rac node name and the virtual node name in the oracle list
Tools---------Option-------------Oracle "modify list"---------add
but the error message show again .
in the agent under the oracle tab i see all the instance for the oracle DB.and Under the DATA ACCESS Tab
i but the user name for the account Admin and the name of the media server .what can i do to solve the problem plz can any body help me .
Note: The OS is windows server 2008 R2, and the Oracle DB 11G.
