Hi,
We are trying to configure oracle database (9i) backup.
Backup Exec 2012 Sp2 is running on Window 2008 Server.
Oracle 9i Database is running on windows 2003 server.
We installed Windows agent on our Oracle DB server and configured the Backup Exec Agent Utility for the instance to be backed up with 'SYS' account. When we are trying to browse the available Oracle Databases in Backup selection, the configured database instance is not appearing and other database instances which we have not configured (in BE Agent Utility) are all appearing and showing unavailable.
When we remove the Database from the Oracle tab in the BE Agent utility the removed instance is appearing as 'unavailbale' in the backup selection browser (in backup server).
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

No. Only Oracle 9.2 and above is supported. See the SCL below

Check that you are using Oracle 9.2 and above.

We are using Oracle 9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.0.1.1.1. Is it supported?
