Oracle Enterpise linux with multipath and SAN storage

Hello Everyone,,

I have Oracle Enterprise linux version 6.32  installed on a server which is connected by fiber to SAN Storage.

This server is connected to San storage by multipath, and so I have in /dev/mapper files ( 7 byte each) that represent storage on SAN.

The problem is that, I need to backup files from the SAN storage, How I can do that??

Note: I use symantec Backup Exec 2014.

After you install RALUS in this Linux machine, in the BE console, can you see the contents of the SAN storage under this machine?

In fact, I just see the contents of the linux server itself, but not the contents on SAN.
