Oracle agent doesn't work after upgrade to SP4a

I'm using a BackupExec media server and client server who's running the oracle agent.The backups are always running fine.
After the upgrade to SP4a is receive the following error when I try to do an online backup of my Oracle database:

Access is denied to Remote Agent. Check the login account for the specified device.

I have already checked the all password but it changed nothing.

Hello,


Please ensure that the oracle agent and the remote agent were both reinstalled after the installation of the Service Pack. If you already have, please refer to the following documents:

Also ensure that the oracle account has enough privileges:

Also make sure that the oracle database log mode is set to " ARCHIVE MODE" and also Automatic Archival is enabled.
