Oracle backup fails with unexpected error (V-79-57344-4101) and hotfix36 does not fix it

Hi, I'm experiencing an error with BE 11d 7170 in backing up a Oracle 9i2 instance (V-79-57344-4101). I've installed hotfix36 as suggested by http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/288361.htm, I've installed also SP2, as required, but the problem still remains.

Can U help me please?
