Outlook PST freezes

I've Backup exec 9.1 with advanced open file module. We use outlook pst mapped from server and most of the users leave outlook open over night. By using open file module, all the outlook psts get backed up from server. However a couple of users outlook freezes every time after backup and in the next morning have to kill process by Task manager or some times restart the pc. Others users are OK.
There is no error msg on veritas log, so far I've tried repair outlook, reinstall outlook but does not solve the issue.

Any suggestions...
