We have a full DS3 to the internet and I used to be able to get download speeds of 500K or more when downloading Veritas proucts/updates/patches. It seems since 11d was release I have only been able to get 20-30K download speeds. I have tried from other locations that also have fast internet connections and see the same slow performance. Has anyone else noticed this and know what happened? This really sucks when trying to get service packs or complete installs.
