Hi

I am having problem on my Symantec Backup Exec Server 11d .

I cannot run backup job.

The error is Physical Volume Library Drive not available.

I just changed the Domain

Administrator password which i used for Backup Services

and deleted the old domain admin account name listed in the

credentials which is the domain name we are not using anymore.

Which Services should be running under Domain account .

I have attached screenshots for you review.

Could you please advice me

I managed to restart all services using local Admin .

You should not be using a local admin for the BESA.  The requirements for the BESA are given below

Requirements for the Backup Exec Service Account (BESA).

Normally, for a domain, a domain administrator account is required.

...if you've just changed the BESA account password in AD, then open up BEutility.exe --> All Media Servers and right-click your server name before going to Change Service Account...

Put in the the username/password of the BESA account and let BEutility reset them.

restart the services if need be, and then check again...
