Please tell me if I have the necessary CDs to re-install

Hi.

Hope all is well.

We originally had 8.6 and upgraded to 10.0. I have with me The installation disks for 8.6 and:

1) Veritas Backup Exec ExecView 3.2

2) Veritas Education Learning

My instinct tells me there was more. If so, we bought this from a 3rd party, PC Connection. Would they have sent us the disks? I wasn't part of the initial installation.

Worst case, how do I get new disks, and is there an upgrade to 11.x and what does it cost, approximately?

 You can download the last v10d version and the latest v10d driver pack from the product download page at  http://www.symantec.com/business/support/downloads.jsp?pid=15047

The BESERNUM.XML file should contain all the serials that you need to get back to the current environment

If you have maintenance from Symantec, the upgrade should be free.  Otherwise v11d is a paid upgrade
