PowerVault 132t drive difficulty

We are once again encountering issues with our PowerVault 132t tape library.  One of the drives continues to go unrecognized.  Both the Windows Device Manager and the Dell Remote Management Unit show both drives installed as hardware, but backup jobs are only running on one drive and any maintenance attempted on the other (cleaning, for example) fails.  Any advice for us on dealing with this issue?

Have both drives ever worked at the same time?
 
Do you have an LEO serial installed (Library Expansion Option)
 
Do both drives show up on the BackupExec Devices tab?

We are having a similiar issue. 
After upgrading to 11d, our 132T will only backup to one drive at a time.
 
Both drives are listed under the device tab.

Do you have an LEO installed?
 
If you point a job to each drive explicitly, do the jobs run  to the correct drive if run one at a time?

Also, when did you last update the firmware on the PV132t?  That seemed to fix the problem for us.
