Pre job command error

I'm trying to run pre and post backup commands in Backup Exec 9.1 on a WIndows Small Business Server 2003 machine. The Backup-Exec services logon using the Administrator account. The job log has the following error: Error: Could not start Pre Job Command < "E:\Users Shared Folders\Administrator\exchangestop.bat" >. Error (1314): A required privilege is not held by the client. There is a similar error for the Post Job Command.

I've looked in the Veritas and Microsoft knowledge bases but haven't found anything that seems to address this. Any ideas would be appreciated.

if you log on as the Admin account, does the bat file run successfully?

Hello,

This is with referance to your post regarding the error you receive during the pre and post job commands. Does the error still occur? In case it does, verify the account used for the service Remote agent. Ensure that it only uses the Local system account. Refer to the following technote for more information:

Title: "A required privilege is not held by the client" error message is received when trying to use a batch file or script from the Pre/Post command field.
