Previously Working Job Stopped Working

Hello,

I have a daily backup job that was working fine.

Some additional software has been added to the server recently (Timeclock vendor) and now the backup job has stopped working. I've researched doc 326836 but none of these fixes helped. I've checked with the vendor and he believes that his software would not effect Backup Exec.

I'm receiving in the Job Operation Back portion of the log:

AOFO: Started for resource: "Shadow?Copy?Components". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
The following volumes are dependent on resource: "C:" "E:" .
The snapshot provider used by VSS for volume C: - Microsoft Software Shadow Copy provider 1.0 (Version 1.0.0.7).
The snapshot provider used by VSS for volume E: - Microsoft Software Shadow Copy provider 1.0 (Version 1.0.0.7).

When I do a test run of the job it finishes without error. In the job monitor it reaches 1,103,151,631 Byte Count after ten minutes
and then fails.

Any help would be appreciated.
