Backup Exec 9.0 - Windows 2003 server
The notification prints to the correct tray, however it is for some reason trying to print on recycled paper. The printer settings on the server are set to use plain paper and the printer itself is also set to use plain paper in its configuration. It is just an inconvenience to the client to have to hit the button on the printer when he comes in, in the morning because the printer is stuck waiting for the recycled paper. The printer is an HP 2430n.
