Dear all,
I have a problem backing up our Snap Server 520.
I spend several hours with all the Knowledgebase documents nothing works...
When I set up a Backup Job with Userdefined Shares all seems good in the Console, I could browse the shares and see all files on it. I created a local user on the Snap Server which is Admin with the same name an password like the service account. Also I have a valid license for Remote Agent Windows Server.
The backup stops with error "Access is denied to Remote Agent " V-79-57344-65065.
Next Test I did was with the legacy UNIX agent on the Snap Server. The agent is running and I see all exported shares and files in the console ! Same problem
as with userdefined smb-shares --> Access is denied to Remote Agent-
Has anybody a solution to my problem ??
