Please help, new unit is showing up under removeable storage on computer management and I am be able to interact with the tape unit from there. However, when I try to interact with tape unit from Backup exec. It is not doing anything. When I try to do the inventory, it is showing running on job monitor and never completed, Eject tape will keep flashing between Running and Queued. Aslo when try to backup any data will just put the job on queue. Please help.
