Problem backup NAS EMC

I have recently upgrade my BE server 10d to BE server 11d.

Now i have a problem to backup my EMC celerra NAS.
Acces denied when i want to browse the shared folders in BE 11d.

this problem didn't exist on BE 10d.

i have serach in existant posts but i dont have find a resolution for this problem.

please help !

It sounds like something could have happened in which the logon account specified in BE isn't working anymore.

I would suggest to create a new logon account to replace the one previously used when accessing those file shares and specify that logon account in the backup job properties for the EMC device share selections.
