I've installed the RALUS x64 12.5 agent on my RHEL 4 server and it starts up fine. I can see it in the list of agents on Backup Exec server. But when I try to expand the server, it times out. Looking through the logs on the linux host, i see:

I'm sure this error is related to my problem. Any idea what's going on?
