Problem in BE15 migration

Hi,

While BE15 migrating from BE2010, process holding in "Configuraiton Symantec Backup Exec. Please wait ..." for over 30mins.

It's freezed or loading ?

Please advice.

Sometimes, it can take long depending upon the environment.

I would recommend to wait it out a bit more. If there isn't absolutely any progress, do not cancel the process. Would recommend then to log a support case.

...it shouldn't take that long. Upgrades should be in the region of 30 minutes max.

Have you tried to disable any antivirus/firewalls running?​
