Problem in backing up SharePoint 2007 SP1 using BE 2010 Agent

Hi,

I'm having on going problem with Backup Exec since version 12.5, it always error and cannot backup my SharePoint 2007 SP1 (All in one deployment) single server.

I've successfully installed the RAWS and the AOFO and then i perform restart on this server, however when i expand the node of SharePoint farm, it give me an error:

An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of Server Farm 1 (MOSSDEV01).

Although the specified server is a SharePoint resource, Backup Exec cannot confirm the topology.  Review your SharePoint credentials, and ensure that the services are running on the Web servers.

Does anyone here ever succeed in using or deploying SharePoint agent ?

any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Do you have the Sharepoint license installed?

I did that already with my last RAWS agent since 12.5 and got no luck :|

I'm quite surprised that this is still a problem in BE 2010 ?

FYI: my SharePoint web apps using port 10000 so i guess there must be a conflict in this ?

oh well, after the Media server restart and the SharePoint restart all is working now ?
wow the miracle of restart happens again :)
