Problem stating up DLO Agent

Hi everyone, and sorry for my english

I have BE 12.5 and DLO clients installed on user's computers , but when i re installed DLO Agent on a computer after a problem on it , it do not want to start it gives me the authentification window and when i type the username with the associate password and the domain the authentification failed with an error.
But normally, before that problem, DLO did not give me that window during the starting up, it authenticated automatically.
What i have to do to resolve this problem ?

Check permissions for user on respective Network User Data Folder (NUDF), The user should have Full Control on it.

Some document for DLo hotfix  but best would be to run live update and get all the hotfixes installed

I had the same issue and i fixed it by giving full control to the everyone group for the DLO storage shared.

Also you can make changes in the registry as shown in the attached image.
